modern room helpful staff blackout blinds high prices expensive chips english speaker
The room was new and modern the shower and toilet were separated. The staff was very helpful and friendly I am grateful for their service. I also appreciated the blackout blinds in the room they worked very well.
The bar prices were high for example a special beer cost €13. Truffle chips were priced at €750 a bag I found that expensive.

small room limited breakfast
I was pretty annoyed with the room size. It felt cramped for the price i paid. there wasn't enough space to comfortably store my luggage, and i constantly bumped into things. also, the breakfast selection was surprisingly limited. I expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the lack of options, definitely not worth the extra cost.

The restaurant offered lovely food and helpful staff. the room had everything i needed. It was very well appointed. breakfast was also lovely. The rooms were very clean.
the hair dryer did not have an attachment, a minor issue.

comfortable bed helpful staff
the hotel room was very comfortable after long walks. the bed felt very nice and the room itself was comfortable. the staff were helpful, i did appreciate that.

the hotel is about 27 minutes walk from the central station. a free ferry makes access simple. it is easily accessible and the area is calm.

modern stay
excellent hotel cheaper rate
I needed to assess the area near the north wharf and river. the hotel was excellent for that purpose. it involved a short walk to the boat. the room rates were less expensive than central locations. This was a plus.
The room was small for two people staying ten days! our clothes were all over. there were very few hangers for the clothes. the cleaning was also poor overall. The floor was constantly dusty.
